Once again, 35 Edy Ridge students volunteered to package 3,979 lbs. of frozen corn at the Oregon Food Bank in Beaverton.  Their 90-minutes of work equates to 3,316 meals for Oregon families.  Thank you to Lindsay Walker for organizing this annual service learning event.  This field trip gets us ready for our own Edy Ridge "Fill a Plate, Stuff the Truck" canned food drive, which kicks off on Wednesday, February 5.  Click here for more information about our canned food drive for local families.
