Wolf Wake-Up

The Wolf Wake-Up is Lisa Miller's way of allowing early-arriving students to get a chance to prepare their mind and body for learning.  On most days, the gym is full of Edy Ridge kids moving and exercising.  Here are the details:
  • All are welcome - K-5th grade
  • 7:35-7:45 AM
  • Days 1 & 3 (Mrs. Miller is at Hopkins on Day 2)
  • Edy Ridge Gym
  • ACTIVITIES:  stretching, positive affirmations, brain based cross-lateral movements, dance, simple games, rhythmic exercises, with academics embedded.
  • Older kids (grades 4/5th) are encouraged to come and participate, mentor younger students, and lead in exercises.
